Intera Partners

Intera is a Finnish private equity firm that principally focuses on Finnish and Scandinavian mid sized companies with sales of €10 to 100 million that have not yet reached their full capacity and have the potential to become market leaders in their fields. Typical investment situations for Intera are ownership restructurings in family-owned companies, industry consolidations and restructurings, as well as management buy-outs and buy-ins. Investors in Intera’s two funds, with a total capital of €325 million, include leading Nordic and European institutional investors.

Our goal is to maximise the value of the companies we invest in by removing their limitations for growth. We provide our portfolio companies with access to high quality strategic guidance through intensive and professional board work, additional management resources and capital for organic and acquisition-driven growth.

Intera was founded in 2007 by Tuomas Lang, Jokke Paananen and Harri Hollmén and is owned by its partners and personnel.

Intera is a member of the Finnish Venture Capital Association and follows the International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines (IPEVG) and the Reporting Guidelines of the European Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (EVCA).
